To keep your cashmere and lambswool soft and looking its best, dry clean, or hand wash gently in cool water with a specialist wool wash. Reshape and dry flat away from direct heat, store folded in the bag provided, and use a cashmere comb to remove any pilling.

Returns
Return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with labels attached and in their original storage bag. Email shop@lonascott.com with your order number and we will send your return instructions. We have a returns depot in the UK for your convenience. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days of us receiving your return. E-gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
