Please note your order may arrive slightly earlier or later. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders, including international orders as they could be subject to courier providers or customs delays which are unfortunately out of our control. During peak periods such as Easter, Christmas, or UK Bank Holidays, deliveries times may be affected.

Returns

Our simple return process is designed to ensure convenience and satisfaction for our customers. To initiate a return, simply request one via our request form below and choose either our UK or US returns depot for ease of shipping.

Terms & Conditions for Return: UK/US & Rest of the world

  • The return must be complete within 30 days of receipt
  • Items must be in its original condition, original storing bag and include all labels/tags
  • If you no longer have the original shipping box, you can return your order in any other packaging boxes, as long as it is completely sealed to prevent the items from getting lost or damaged (if item is not fully sealed and gets damaged during the shipping process, we have the right to refuse the return)

Upon receiving your return, we will promptly process your refund to the original payment method, excluding delivery charges.

Please note that all items returned to us are not protected by us; therefore we recommend you choose a registered or tracked postal service, for secure delivery. We are not liable for any items that you return to us and cannot issue a refund until the goods are received in the original condition..

Refunds typically take 5-10 working days to process, with funds expected to appear in your original payment account within 3-5 working days thereafter. International customers are allotted 28 days for returns and are advised to mark parcels as ‘British Return Goods’ with a domestic sale value of £0.00 to avoid customs delays.
